Tai Chi and Qigong classes to reduce stress and exercise your body.
Instructor Jessica Kolbe offers Tai Chi and Qigong classes at the Louise Lowry Davis Center. Improve balance and reduce stress. Slow, gentle movements will stretch and exercise your body. Guided meditations will make you feel relaxed and peaceful. Gain vitality and a sense of well being.
