Rhythmic Gymnastics with Tatiana Mysko.
Rhythmic gymnastics is a sport that combines elements of gymnastics, dance, and apparatus such as hoops, balls, ropes, and ribbons. It is an Olympic sport that serves both as entertainment joined with gymnastics in a beautiful way. The curriculum consists of an introduction of basic body movements, elements of dance, rhythm, tumbling and apparatus. The emphasis is on improving strength, balance, coordination and flexibility. Instructor Tatiana Mysko is a former competitive gymnast and Russian ‘Master of Sports’ in Rhythmic Gymnastics.

Ages range from 3-12
Fees vary by session but are generally $99 for a six-visit punch card or $196 for a 12-visit punch card (except for Saturday workshops, which are $25 per drop-in); please purchase from the front desk at the Carrillo Recreation Center
